Stayed there for 1 night (multiple rooms) booked through Booking.com, followed by another 3 nights as part of a Wedding Group. Largely uneventful and competent hotel services, except for issues with towel shortage.

Thanks to the front office who allowed an early check in at 8:00 AM The buffet served during breakfast is very good. A mix of Indian and English breakfast. Very helpful butlers who are always ready to serve you. The dinner buffet is good. However, the dessert counter needs a lot of improvement. I am from Kolkata and expect the best of sweets and Halwa to be served. Else, all is fine.

Breakfast is a good spread, if I may say a large spread However I would think a bit of creativity could help. Lot of repetition could be avoided. Doesn't harm as it allows you a second chance to try a few of the other things the next day.

We stayed for 3N-4D at the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The quality of service is exceptional. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Location is very good with amazing night life. There are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the hotel.

Well located and the staff was very helpful especially Prashant was very helpful in ensuring changing the room to our liking. Service in the Kava Restaurant and Room Service was efficient with a smile

Room was comfortable. looked smaller but enough for a single occupant. Breakfast was good but felt could have had a better spread. Special mention to Firdaus for taking care of the whole check out process so smoothly.
